DMCA Policy

1. Our Commitment

All Action Marketing Inc, a Georgia domestic profit corporation ("All Action Marketing," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone who submits content to us or interacts with this website. We respond to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").

2. Filing a Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe in good faith that content on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent, listed below, that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the exact URL) to allow us to locate it
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

A notice that does not substantially comply with these requirements may not be actionable under the DMCA and may not receive a response.

4. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a notice that substantially complies with Section 2, we will act expeditiously to review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the party who posted or is responsible for the material of the removal or disabling and the reason for it.

5. Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed or disabled and you believe this was done in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent above containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which All Action Marketing Inc may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, as required by the DMCA, restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.

6. Repeat Infringers

Consistent with the DMCA and other applicable law, All Action Marketing Inc reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to remove content and to terminate or restrict access for any party who repeatedly submits infringing material.

7. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
